captive works

I bought a new captive works and it won't take a new file not even the factory file just shows E11 on the reciever. Has anyone had this problem would appreciate any help with this. olds

Naw, probably just caught up in weekend festivities.

My receiver had the same problem one time. Then I turned it right-side up and it was on channel 113.
