Hi

Has anyone ever heard of a cell phone interrupting the signal you get from Dish? Well it is happening to me. Everytime I get a call to my cell phone, the picture on my TV loses the signal and is trying to get it back.

Check that you have compression fittings on the ends of the cables and not the crimp on types. Also check for RG6 cable. And be sure the dish is aimed for max signal.

Modern cell phones should not be causing that problem.

R u sure itsa Cell phone? If you have a superdish and live in an apartment... it could be a car radar detector... what kinda dish is it? what time of day? Only when the cell phone rings? Is your system grounded? IT HAS TO BE GROUNDED, or it will pick up stray RF waves... contact your installer....
