I have obtained one of these (no manual).

It comes on, the remote works, but it has been reset to factory defaults.

Does anyone have any notes or links to some good info on putting the C and Ku-band sats back into this critter?

Thats a great IRD, it has a better analog picture than my 4dtv and many other boxes, have a look here not sure if you will find how to set it up:

Is it a 100c or 100c Plus?

It is a 100C. I think I have obtained a manual, plus I found another link from the ones you sent that has some good info.

Maybe I can post a positive update later tonight when I have time to mess with it.

Confused...

Ok,

My Pansat 2700A is on AMC3. TP = 11736V and I have the IF out going into the Chap 100C. It is on 12.0950GHz. I cannot relate this to any feed on Lyngsat. The video is some snow-covered mountains. Anybody have a clue out there what I am looking at?

The feed is KGW Portland Or..?

Man you weren't kidding. Now that I have "sort of" figured it out, I'm really enjoying the analog feeds. Well worth the price of saying, "Yes, I'll take it..."
