When I called voom and gave my credit card # to the CSR. I was told I wouldn't be billed until 30 days after installation. I got my bill and was billed the day of the installation. How was everyone else billed?
 
When I gave Voom my credit card # I was told that I would not be billed till 30 days after installation. I said fine and gave my number to the CSR. I then got a bill today showing I was billed on the day of installation. How was everyone billed that was here.
 
Better call and listen to the message Ish1885. That's what I thought. I called today and listened and it said i was charged on the 7th of April. Then it said next bill date April 17th!? I called to see why I was being charged before the 30 days. NOW I have to deal with them charging twice. Unacceptable!!!!!! Especially since I've been putting up with inferior equipment and service!!!!!! I am quiting voom after I get my refund for the double charge!
