Charlotte locals in HD

After viewing today's uplink activity report, I see that the Charlotte, NC locals are up there in HD on satellite 118.7. Hopefully these will become available soon!!
What will I have to do, if anything, to view these channels? I presently have what I believe is a Dish 500+ dish and a wing dish pointed at 61.5 for my HD channels. I live in the mountains in NW NC and could not pick up 129. Thanks in advance for any help/advice!

Do you have VIP 211 or 622?

If yes, check in Signal Test screen to see if you get good signal on 118 Tps 8 and 21. If yes, you should be good to go.

Oh, you do need a subscription to the Charlotte Locals.

Yes I am in the Charlotte DMA. Their area extends all the way to the northwest corner of NC.
