Chilean Directv in Miami

Hi friends, I need your help. I brought a Chilean Directv antenna and decoder. I know that somebody else did it and it worked but I still can't make it work. I can see the list of channels but I can't watch them. Any suggestion?

What are your signal strengths? What satellite is it supposed to be aimed at?
Do you subscribe to those channels?

Yes, I subscribed those channels. Regarding to the satellites, I'm not sure

West beam 90% and more, south beam 40%. An installer went to my home to install it and he said that this was the problem, low signal for the south beam and that is where the chilean channels signal are, but I'm not sure about it
