christmas music on xm

will xm radio have a channel for christmas music this year. like sounds of the season on directv music choice? if so what channel// and when//?

They had 3 channels last year, It aired on Sunny, On the Rocks and Special X. However 2 of those channels were discontinued so we don't know if there will be that many channels this year.

Yes XM's 24/7 holiday format starts Thanksgiving Morning at 8am.They will actually have 4 Christmas Music Channels this year.They are:

Nashville Channel 11 Country Christmas
The Heart Channel 23 Traditional Christmas The Heart will be renamed Holly
Sunny Channel 24 Easy Listening(beautiful music)Christmas
Chrome Channel 83 Renamed Special X Christmas

I'm actually excited about this because I didn't have xm during the holiday season last year.I'm especially excited about hearing Sunny's holiday format since I listen to them most of the time anyway.I tend to like the instrumental Christmas Music that you don't hear on FM anymore especially from Percy Faith one of my favorite b/ez artist and Sunny plays a lot of his Holiday Tunes.
