I have a WALLY receiver that about once a week it will turn on closed captioning. I go into settings, turn it off and from out of the blue it will turn CC on. I believe it may have come from the last update. This just started a few weeks ago. Any body else got this

No, we've not seen it come on by itself but we have seen a lot of customers press the double diamond or another programmable button on the remote and turn it on accidentally.
