Received a message from NPS via E Mail that Country Music TV (CMT) and VH1 will discontinue their C Band analog feeds effective 28 June 05. NPS stated that they are in the process of securing the rights to make these channels available on 4DTV, but there is no time table as to when this will happen.

Will they be encrypted Digicypher II then?

No, they will be digital signals and you will need a 4DTV receiver such as the Motorola 922. That receiver, which I have, receives C and Ku analog and digital and is equipped with a DCII board to descramble C Band signals.
