Been having alot of pixellation, freezing and sometimes the screen goes black and said
'operation could not be completed, call 1-866-blah-blah Code: NS'
Finally called Comcast, SURE it was a bad HD
They had never heard of that message. I was told to pull the plug, for 30 seconds, and plug it back in, and it would all be good in 30 minutes.
I did that, expecting to take the box over to a service center for replacement, but, lo and behold, it DID fix it!
Been fine ever since, and its been a week!
