Hi I'm thinking of going to Dish from Directv, but i have a question does Dish Network Carry Comcast Sports New England to watch the Celtics games in the Boston area.

No. Dish Dropped CSNNE a while back, and both Dish and Comcast seem ok with it.

One workaround is to "borrow" someone's Comcast, Verizon, or Directv login and stream it. But, if it's the Celtics that are your deal-breaker, then Dish isn't for you.

I have Comcast for internet is there a way to stream thru that?

I don't think you can stream the TV channels unless you subscribe to Comcast's TV service. I have U-Verse internet and not TV, so if I login to a service, say WatchESPN with my U-Verse credentials, I get an error saying I don't have access to the package with my current subscription. I assume the same is true with Comcast.
