Component audio splitter?

I would like to split the audio from my Nintendo Wii so that I can run it to both my TV and my home theater receiver. Is there anything I can buy to split the Red/White audio cables into 2 sets of Red/White cables?

I would also like to know if it's possible to convert those Red/White audio cables into 1 optical output. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

I've used audio splitter wires but the results are usually abysmal. CeLabs makes multipliers that have a single componemt, composite, audio, and digital audio and up to 8 outputs. Do a search on fleabay for CeLabs.
