is there a way to connect my belkin wireless and modem to dish network and be able to cancel time warner and get internet thru dish.. looking to save money.

No. That is not technically possible. If you were to get satellite internet through Wildblue or HughesNet. It would be much slower and much more expensive than Time Warner.
They probably thought it said 222. Mods please move this to the dish technical discussions forum.
