connecting to my computer

Hi there!

anybody can teach me how to load software to my 8000HD coolsat receiver. I followed the instruction how to do this but my receiver wont download the software i got from E-bay? I don't suspect it was the cable since the cable goes with the receiver when i bought it from the dealer. My computer by the way is loaded with a Windows XP Professional OS. The Coolsat 8000HD Software is original since it comes from the manufacturer itself. Does anybody knows how??

what software are you trying to load? The factory stuff is good out of the box
