Washington -- A leading consumer organization is calling on Congress to consider delaying the Feb. 17 digital TV transition, alleging that a key converter box coupon program subsidized by the federal government has run out of money and could leave millions of consumers without broadcast TV.img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/MultichannelBreakingNews/~4/506347755" height="1" width="1"/

Enough of the delays. Hell just let people claim the expense of the DTV boxes on their tax returns next year.

If they cannot afford a $49-$59 dtv box to watch tv without a gov't subsidy, they probably shouldn't be sitting home watching tv, running up their electricity bills.
