Consumers Union: Delay DTV Transition

Enough of the delays. Hell just let people claim the expense of the DTV boxes on their tax returns next year.

If they cannot afford a $49-$59 dtv box to watch tv without a gov't subsidy, they probably shouldn't be sitting home watching tv, running up their electricity bills.
