Yes. They change the name from time to time. Sometimes, they simply refer to themselves as "Account Specialists" or something like that. But it is all the same department, and we have come to lovingly know it and refer to it as the Loyalty Department on this site, anyway.

Thanks. I was on my tablet and scrolled down a bit and you'd posted it, I recognized it and rushed to delete my post so I didn't look like a dweeb. Looks like it deleted on the tablet but not on the site. Thanks again. I'll have to do my prostration and begging here soon, when it shouldn't be until May.
