Coolsat 5000

I can not get my Coolsat 5000 to turn on. When I flip the switch on the display on the front keeps going from - - - - to - and back but never turns on. This happened after I updated my channel list. Anyone know what the problem could be?

My Coolsat works just fine. I just reloaded my FTA channel list after renaming some feeds and a couple of the other stations.

I have a coolsat 5000 with a Dish500. I updated my fta channel list on my computer and hooked my system back up but now the reciever wont come fully on. And I cant get it to connect back to the computer either. Is there some kind of hard system reset?
