Could use some help if anyone can offer some suggestions

I have a question if anyone would know how to help me out with this. I suspect I have some LTE interferance on 2 of my channels in Oklahoma City Zip Code is 73160. I get all channels fine except in the evenings sometimes I get random pixilzation on channels 5 and 13 which operate in the VHF frequency band, All my other channels are in UHF band. I am in between 2 cell phone towers on my street both are less than a mile away. So thinking this was my issue I purchased the Channel Master LTE filter and put it on today everything comes in fine with it installed except the VHF channels 5 and 13 which the filter totally traps out the signal. I have a rooftop antenna that has the main line running down into a drop box on the back of my house where all my antenna wires come into for 3 tv's that are hooked in to a 3 way splitter. I installed the LTE filter using the short piece of RG6 cable comming off the ground block and then screwed the other end of the filter into the input on the splitter. Does anyone know of an LTE filter out there that will not block the VHF band or the UHF television band? I used to ba a cable installer and I have some old cable traps but not sure what frequencies they trap out either so they probabbly wont work to try and trap out the LTE band and leave the VHF and UHF band in. Any help would be appreciated..

Channel 5 is actually VHF 7, which displays a virtual channel 5. I can't answer the question about the LTE traps, but just wanted to clarify in case you were scanning for a "real" channel 5 and not getting it.

LTE usually impacts UHF (the Channel Master filter is only active in the UHF range - other than insertion loss, it doesn't impact VHF) and neither of the channels are in that range so I'm betting you're barking up the wrong tree in assuming that LTE is the problem.

What is the make and model of your rooftop antenna? Given that KETA is on the same tower as your NBC and CBS affiliates, I'd guess your antenna is lacking in VHF gain.

I have a radio shack VHF UHF combo antenna has the VHF elements in a <<< shape and has a UHF yagi antenna on the end. Both NBC Channel 4 and CBS Channel 9 come in rock solid with full bars on my signal strength meter on my tv.

4 and 9 are UHF channels with virtual channel numbers, as you are probably aware. Just for kicks, have you tried a good set of rabbit ears?

No I use an outdoor antenna only. All 3 of my TV's feed off this antenna.

The VU-60 or the VU-75 should be great for VHF at your distance so I'm perplexed. The VU-90 might be overkill.

I'd throw in with comfortably_numb at this point and try at least a different run of cable to see if your cabling network doesn't have a leak in it due to a failed cable, termination or the splitter.
