Is it possible to search construction permits when doing an address search from RabbitEars.Info and selecting the "Strength Search (optional)" check box? With all the channel changes from the repack it would be nice to know what the modeled signal will be for stations on their new channels.

Not at this time. For each station, I have a flag called "op" that I set for any operating transmitter, and that determines which records are pulled into searches like that.
At the moment, what you see on file with the FCC may not reflect what stations actually build, so you're a little too early in the process to get accurate results from it even if those were available.
