Cricket at 12,5N 61,1W possible ?

Hello everybody.
I`m from Germany and I have a question. A friend is moving to 12,5N 61,1W for a while. He is a big Cricket fan and he would like to buy a DirecTv Package with a cricket ticket in the USA. What kind of dish size should he use? Is the dish from the package big enough and is it true that he need a second LNB to receive international sports ?
