I also have a 942 and an 811, although both are leased here. I would like to upgrade to the 622 soon also. But I think I'd like to have a DVR on each TV. So I'm thinking of upgrading the 811 to a 622 and keeping the 942 for a bit longer. Unless you can lease 2 622's. Anyone doing this now?
A few months ago I asked what I could get for my 811 towards a 622. 25 bucks. I sold it to someone for $100 and got the $299 deal for the 622.FunkyBoss said:

Hey, thanks for the advice everyone. I now have a 622 on the way for an install next weekend replacing my 811. When I asked about the $10 for 10 month credit, the CSR told me I was not eligible for it since I already had HD. But I kept pressing saying I heard elsewhere it was for an upgrade to the new metal packs that I didn't have yet. She asked some of the other CSRs and eventually said I actually would be eligible and sent me a link to the rebate. Excellent!
I then asked about also upgrading my 942 to a 622 at the same time and she said that they can only process one DVR upgrade per 12 month period. But since it is an HD upgrade, there was an exception and I could call back after my 811 was replaced with the 622 and then upgrade again to another 622. Seems like a waste of 2 tech installs, but whatever. She also said that there may be a chance that the 942 to 622 upgrade could be done by myself since everything is already setup for a dual tuner DVR in that location of my house.
