My leased HR10-250 went bad so D* replaced it with a new HR20-700, however they did not send me a return kit. I called them and they were to send a "box" to return the unit.

Well, they sent another HR20-700, so I figured I would try it out and use it as a replacement in one of the other rooms. However, it would not work (defective), so I called D* and they told me that I had to return the HR-20 or else I would be charged 399.99 for a replacement. So, they need to send me another return "box" now for the HR-20 that was inadvertently sent.

Then they inform me that the original HR10-250 that was defective did NOT have to be returned at all, cause they dont use them anymore.
