My fox channel is moving to a secondary digital channel of my CBS channel in July. Any chance Dtv would pick it up? If not, do the am21 ota boxes pick up the secondary digital channels?

Directv may pick it up, but not necessarily. The problem with the AM21 tuners is that they aren't scannable. The stations have to be added into a database first. That can take a LONG time. Hopefully you will get lucky!
