D* Satellite Delayed - Does this effect Dish?

Anyone know how this effects E*?

We believe that Echostar-11 was scheduled to launch last year, but was delayed by the Sea Launch explosion. Sea Launch has to run through their launch queue now with the other launches that were scheduled before E-11.
