D10-100 Receiver Error

I recently change from the D10-300 to the D10-100 in an effort to get the PVR150 IRblaster to work. However, the D10-300 received a perfect signal but the D10-100 get a weak signal. The only change is the receiver. The D10-100 software has been upgraded. Also, I compared the Satellite settings on the D10-100 to my other receiver which is a D10-300 in another room. They are the same but the D10-100 won't get a good signal. I even switch the intial D10-300 back in and it still works. Any ideas? Thanks.
