It was mentioned in our meeting this morning, Nov. 4th.

My garage is stocked up with 1000.4 dish's and ready to go.

I'm not seeing it on the 4th... they'll probably go up on the 4th. Go available on the 11th. I can't recall any market that did not test at least a week before going live.
