I have a 522 under my current dhp plan.my reciever keeps losing audio.if I call dish will they ship a new box or will an installer will have to come out.plus will they send me the new 625?since they are not making the 522.
 
They would ship out a new one, and you'd return you're old one. It would still be a 522
