I would really like to know what the difference between bell expressvu's two satellites, 82W and 91W

No, you would aim for both of them.

The two satellites carry different programming. For example all the HD is at 82, most SD is at 91. If you want access to everything Bell offers, you need access to both. As mentioned, your dish can be aimed to receive both at the same time.
