direct to dish net, WHY??

Hi all..

I am a direct tv sub and wanted to know why if you were with direct and you changed to dish, what was your reason. My co work just got dish and loves it, is not having any problems with he 522 receiver, and that is what turned me off of dish, but now having name based recording, I might make a change after my contract is up.

give him a couple of weeks till the 522's dvr events list starts to fill up... then the receiver starts to lock up... etc etc.

well, lets see

When I was converted from Primestar to DirecTv, where I lived was Pegasuck...switched to Dish and havent had any issues. This was a few years ago and I've had Dish since.
