Directv, credit of Pegasus early termination charge

Anyone beside me having trouble getting DTV to honor their agreement to credit my DTV account for the amount of the early termination fee Pegasus charged me nearly 5 months ago? Many promises, just buck passing.

If a D* agent ever promises to credit anything, request them to add it to your account notes while you are still on the phone and have them read it back to you (that way you have some idea that it actually got done.) If it's in the notes, any agent will honor it with no questions asked. As long as its not over their credit limit.
