I'm looking for some feedback from those in Canada who are successfully watching DirecTV's HD signals: what kind of equipment are you using? I'm thinking about going that route myself (upgrading my services to HD, from the current SD Huges TiVo) either via the H10 or the HD TiVo model (knowing all about the upgrade to MPEG4 over the next 24-32 months).
I already have one of those "Para Todos" dishes for future use (my current dish is the old Star Choice 1 m variety) but was wondering if there would be an advantage to trying one of the Star Choice ellipticals (60 cm or 75 cm) in order to hit all three satellites. Who knows what will happen down the road when DirecTV's 5 LNB monster comes out! But that's down the road, and we'll cross that later...
