Have an opportunity to c/o my H10 w/ OTA tuner to new HD recvr for free along w/ new dish as well.... Also have older SD sony tuner which operates 4 older TVs. Can I keep the older tuner on the 4 TVs with the new dish upgrade and what do I do about losing the OTA tuner on my other set ( Sony LCD w/o digital tuner, 720p ) Would this be a wise thing to do? Thanks for any input!

When you call to take them up on the new HD receiver, mention that you need OTA capability. Some people have received a AM-21 as part of the upgrade (otherwise you can purchase it for $50). Any of the older Directv receivers will work with the new dish unless it is the SWM type.
