DirectTV charges you less per month if you dont have locals, but what about
Dish Network? I get my locals OTA, and dont need them with Dish. Would I get
a discount if I signed up with Dish Network?

It used to be that the cost of the locals (or the first receiver lease fee, however you wanted to look at it) was rolled into the cost of the DHA. Now you are not required to subscribe to the locals for DHA so you wouldn't have to pay for them.

AS of Feb 1st package prices are quoted without the locals so it looks like a price decrease instead of a price increase. It is now $5 more to get the locals.

I think AT60 is now listed as $29.99 Then Locals will cost ya 5 bucks. So, If you dont need locals, $29.99/mo for at60.
