Rides 4, Ep. 7
Sunday, March 5, 9 p.m. ET/PT

Rides and the makers of the Corvette will unveil the legendary Z06. But once that reveal takes place, we'll take it all a step further. Chevrolet is also transforming the legendary 'Vette into a whole new breed of racing machine, calling this beast the C6R.

Desert Speaks, Ep. 6: Gateway to the Galapagos
Tuesday, March 7, 8 p.m. ET/PT

The third and final episode in the Galapagos Islands features some of the "newer" islands, which are "only" a few hundred thousand years old. Discover the fascinating creatures that inhabit the waters around these islands. The marine iguana is the only known iguana that swims in salt water and can stay underwater for more than an hour. The flightless cormorant is a bird that uses its stubby wings to swim rather than fly. On Isabela Island, the crew visits Darwin's Lake to study flower color and pollination and spends some time in Zodiac boats searching for penguins endemic to the islands.

Rides 4, Ep. 8
Sunday, March 12, 9 p.m. ET/PT

This hour of Rides mixes cars and music with guests Jerry Noone and Billy Gibbons. Noone is a car customizer extraordinaire; Gibbons, the bearded leadman of ZZ Top, is one of the greatest guitarists in rock history. Gibbons wants his classic chopped Cadillac to be tricked out and made wild. That's where Noone comes in; it's his job to reinvent the interior and set up a pinstripping session that will add the Von Dutch to what will be a lined-up rat rod of a Caddie.

Rides 4, Ep. 9
Sunday, March 19, 9 p.m. ET/PT

Rides follows the design and build of that vintage yellow workhorse, the New York City cab. Our model is a checkered-up version of that classic, made exclusively for the New York, New York Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. We'll watch as the cab is built from the wheels up, and when it's ready and the meter's running, we'll take a private spin through Vegas.

Desert Speaks, Ep. 8
Tuesday, March 21, 8 p.m. ET/PT

Montezuma Castle, a five-story 20-room cliff dwelling, served as a "high-rise apartment building" for prehistoric Sinagua Indians over 600 years ago. Now it serves the same purpose to a colony of bats. Concern over the possible harm these new residents may be doing has led to hands-on research to study the impact of bat habitats on cultural landmarks. The program also visits Tonto National Monument, where the scale of the ruins makes capturing bats a test of wills and ingenuity, and Chiricahua National Monument, to see how one of Arizona's natural gems is the perfect location for collecting data on tree-roosting bats.

Rides 4, Ep. 10
Sunday, March 26, 9 p.m. ET/PT

It's an outrageous builders' challenge combined with four big fat reveals. First, Rides joins with GM to unveil the HHR, a new car that will debut at the Detroit Auto Show. Then we'll create four different HHRs, rebuilt by four separate top designers using four different build teams, all giving unique takes on the mysterious HHR. Why such a variation on a theme? Well, that's the beauty of a concept car: Until it's actually in production, it's still something of a workable clay subject.

Desert Speaks, Ep. 9
Tuesday, March 28, 8 p.m. ET/PT

Host David Yetman joins his brother, geologist Dick Yetman, for an exploration of the traces of humans along the Colorado River and Grand Canyon region. They observe sacred salt mines from a boat, visit the intersection of the Little Colorado River with the main river, and even enjoy an impromptu canyon concert. The brothers learn the history of the river's rapids and spend time with scientists studying the effects of the Glen Canyon Dam on the flora and fauna of the Grand Canyon.
