Is there anyway to tell what Dish I have? I'm hoping its a 1000.2. TYIA
The 1000 dish gets 118.7, 110, 119, and 129.Why what is the difference between the two?
The 1000 dish gets 118.7, 110, 119, and 129.
The 1000.2 gets 110, 119, 129 and has an open input that can be used to pull in 61.5 as a wing dish. It can also feed 3 Dual Tuners (such as the 625 or 722) with only 1 coax going to the receiver and a Dish Separator.

Was I correct that the 1000.2 can accept the feed from a wing dish for 61.5???Nope.
A D1000 gets 119, 110 and 129
D1000.2 gets 119, 110 and 129
D1000+ gets 118.7 119, 110, and 129.
The difference is in the LNBs and the size of the dish. The 1000 has a Dpp Twin and a Dp Dual. You can feed up to two dual tuners with a single cable run with a D1000.
The D1000.2 has a triple LNB that can feed up to 3 dual tuners with a single cable run.

I almost put that I was not certain about the 1000 stuff, but didn't. Guess I should have.
