Dish charges $53 to move the satellite dish

Having my dish moved soon and was charged $53 for a custom installation. Ok no problem there as I need it moved due to a roof installation but saw my recent bill was way lower than normal I thought that can't be right. I looked it up and Dish credited my account for the $53 I paid ahead of time for the custom installation. I do have the $10 protection plan so I'm wondering if that's why I was credited or is there another reason they charged me and then credited my bill.

Sounds like they made a mistake.....In your favor no less. Don't look a gift horse in the mouth and run with it.
