Dish Identity Force does not work

Dish Gold includes IdentityForce which includes a monthly Identity Report update. However my current password is not working. I said I forgot my password and was able to reset my password after answering my security questions. However it still sits there spinning so it does not allow me to login.
IdentityForce is a TransUnion brand partnering with Dish to provide identity protection.

It could be a a login function that's still not fully operational.
