I live part of the year on my sailboat in Guatemala and would love to receive American TV.
Is it possible to enter a contract with dish network for my Florida Address and use it in Guatemala. My dock has a 1.8 m dish, which I think could receive the signal. The payments could be made by e-pay.

Does anybody out there has any ideas?

I am in Cancun Mexico nearly year round, and I pay my bill as always via CC-Autopay. I do not believe that Dish would allow you to *move* out of the country, so don't ask. Just bring your receiver with you and hook her up on board. The 1.8 mt dish you have should work for 119, 61.5, and perhaps 148, but most likely not 110, as I use a big 3.1mt here and still I cannot see all the transponders.

considering dude has all of two whopping posts on satellite guys, all in this thread from 4 years ago, I somehow doubt a PM will serve its purpose, save hiding from anyone else who may have the answer.

Yeah guys... it's 4 yr old but it was the only one that looked like it may help me.
Does any one have any suggestions?

Thank you in Advance...

Kevin:
What kind of 3.1 dish do you use for 110 ? offset ? or prime focus ?
where did you get it ?
I have a summer house in cancun and would love to get some 110 too.
