Dish on demand vs. Directv on demand

I'm new to this site and I am very interested in getting a satallite service. I want to know the difference(If any) between Dish on demand and Directv on demand.

when i had E* on demand there was not much free content in there. (They have porn too!!). I now have D* and they have alot of free and pay content, even some HD stuff in there.
