Before I purchase a birdog I was wondering if it's compatiable with the DPP Twin LNB. I heard users say you can peak in the Plus Lnb with the Birdog connected to Port 2. Does anyone know if this is true? Thanks.

Current Version of Birdog is not compatible with DPP Twin.

If you have a RX hooked to port one of DPP you can use the birdog on port 2 to tune it. I usually just use a DP twin and then put in the DPP.

You will love the birdog, although I no longer can get mine to find "found" for the 129 sat. But overall I think it's an awsome meter.

its just a power issue... the DPP twin starts pulling too much power and most meters cant handle it.. or shut down because they think something is wrong
If you are worried about it just connect a reciever to the other port on the LNB... let the reciever provide the power
