Distant Locals Letter

I found this link to someone who got a letter or card in the mail about Locals and Non-Locals.

I never got that letter. I got one saying that my locals were now available and DISH would be applying to my stations for a waiver. If I didn't get them ...they would turn off my distants.. And they did.

I got the letter. Still trying to decide what I'm going to do. I've had the Distants since 1997 and I'd hate to lose them.
