Distant waiver

I have the Johnstown/Altoona locals on dish , also have the east coast distants (grandfathered from several years ago), I requested the waiver for the west coast distants and was approved for nbc, abc, and fox but denied for cbs. Is there any way i can appeal the denial or request it again. Any help would be appreciated, i would really like to get cbs west. thanks, pajer

I got denied for the ABC and CBS east coast distants, but approved for the NBC east coast distant. I waited a month and resubmitted requests for ABC and CBS. They're presently still pending. I got FOX distants back again in August, with no difficulty getting approval on those.
