Does D* Free Preview Weekend include the HD Feeds of HBO/Showtime, If Applicable

.........applicable if that featured network is included in the Free Preview? Mainly in regards to this weekends TC Premiere Preview. Kudos to D* for actually sending a notification e-mail to me, AND to the person(s) who posted this info on message boards. Thanks for your help.

Being that SHO HD is connected to a subscription to Showtime and not the HD package, I would imagine that SHO HD will be free this weekend as well.

Yes both HBO-HD/Showtime-HD are included in the free preview.
