Does the 721 have a 16:9 option?

I recently bought a new TV (Toshiba 65H84) and was checking the menu on the 721 to see if there is an aspect ratio selection for 4:3 & 16:9 and couldn't find one.

I know Dish's lower budget models have this option and was wondering why the 721 doesn't. I don't know if I need to change any settings since I am going from a 4:3 TV to a 16:9 TV?

The lower models have the option in the menu but it doesn't do anything.

I would think you leave the SD Dish receiver alone and use the TV controls to adjust the size/shape of the picture.
