I have a DSR315 (have had it for about a year) and sometimes when changing the channel the receiver will shut off and it will have to be turned back on on the front panel (have to push the button several times), when the receiver comes back on the guide is blank (has to download the guide - sometimes it will give a message to that effect). This only happens when changing the channels directly (not using the guide...has never happened when using the guide).
It has done this ever since I got it and has not done it more than 3 or 4 times...has anyone else had this problem? is it a known receiver problem or is it just this receiver? is there anyway to fix it? Like I said it doesn't happen allot but when it does it's a bit unnerving because I can't just run out to the Brick and pick up another one.
