DTC210 OTA Fine Tune

On the RCA DTC210 receiver, in the OTA menu, the "Fine Tune Channel" is always grayed out.

Has anyone used this feature?

The fine tune feature is for analog reception from what I have been told. I have never had to use that function.

That's what I feared. WSBK in Boston won't come in. The signal strength is between 0 - 40% and the picture won't hold. But it's only 6 miles away and co-located with other DT channels which I do receive. I thought maybe there was some adjustment I could do....
