First time poster, long time forum reader. I have searched this website and read the FAQ to try and find the answer to the following question, but have found no help.
3 LNB dish connected to 4 recievers. I would like to use the DVR dual tuner function with out having to hook up another multiswitch. So, if i deactivate one of my recievers, can I bring that cable over to act as the second Line In on the DVR and get the proper functionality of the DVR? Like, recording 2 shows at once, or watching one channel while recording a different channel at the same time?
Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.
