it is actually at the high number, and can be viewed there. Your receiver maps it to you local over the air number so that you can view it were you are used to seeing it. It will show up in the guide too. Only a matter of convelience for the viewer. They cannot tag your local CH 6 as such since there are many of them, but you receiver can do the magic to let you think it is there.
