dvb pci card

Hello everyone! Posting for the first time so I hope I have the right forum. I am looking for a dvb pci card that does blind scanning and can pickup Dishnetwork. Does anyone know of a card that can do that? Coolsat seems not to be supporting their 4-6k models so I'm looking for an alternative to buying a new receiver. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Dishnetwork is a subscription service that can not be subscribed to with FTA equipment.

. . . also, there aren't any PCI cards nor USB boxes that do proper blind scanning.

And as to the Coolsat 4k, 5k, and 6k receivers, they work fine as-is for FTA.
