DVI Input Bad???

New Directv HD RCA receiver. Component works and looks great but the DVI looks reversed and a color negative pic, almost cartoonish or psychodelic! Receiver or my Toshiba 57HDX82 HD widescreen need adjusting? Or is the DVI shot? Cable is good.

Is your HDTV's DVI port HDCP compliant? That could be the reason.

Thanks, the install guy didn't flip the DVI switch on the back of the receiver. I had to troubleshoot and figure it out myself!
